About the project:
The project “Intergenerational Bridges or a creative way forward” works with the topic of prejudices that prevail between and within generations. The aim of the project is to encourage mutual understanding, respect and solidarity and to promote the importance of intergenerational dialogue. To prove that children and seniors are willing to inspire each other and collaborate creatively.
Through the project, we want to strengthen:
- awareness of individual and societal prejudices
- the ability to identify these biases and
- critically evaluate their influence on the formation of one’s own opinion.
By creating and sharing works of art (animated films), the project draws attention to the need for intergenerational sharing, the constant search and reminder of common values.

The project is being supported by the Open Society Fund Prague from the Active Citizens Fund. The programme promotes citizens’ active participation in the public life and decision making and builds capacities of civil society organizations. The Active Citizens Fund is financed from the EEA and Norway Grants.
